1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the crlkex website at crlkex.com, creating a player account, or placing any real-money wager on any product offered through the platform — whether sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other gaming vertical — you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside and are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which forms part of the complete legal framework governing your relationship with crlkex:

• The Privacy Policy — governing the collection, storage, and use of your personal data
• The Responsible Gaming Policy — governing player protection tools, self-exclusion, and support pathways
• Individual promotion terms and conditions as published at the time each bonus or promotional offer is made available
• Game-specific rules as provided by each software provider whose titles are available on the crlkex platform

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy, you must immediately cease using the crlkex platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a crlkex player account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. crlkex enforces this requirement absolutely and without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of crlkex, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the crlkex platform or had an account permanently closed by crlkex for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently being treated for a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in real-money gambling inappropriate.

Age Verification

crlkex conducts age verification at the point of registration using the information you provide. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, we will require documentary proof of age in the form of a government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals will not be processed until age and identity verification is completed to crlkex's satisfaction. All players aged 18 and above are welcome; the platform does not discriminate on the basis of age beyond the mandatory minimum threshold.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the crlkex platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and the email address you wish to associate with your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crlkex username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor allow any other person to access your account. crlkex will treat any action taken through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify crlkex immediately at [email protected]. crlkex will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

crlkex operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible gambling best practices. As part of this programme, we may at any time — and will do so before processing any significant withdrawal — request that you provide documentary evidence of your identity, address, and the source of funds used for gambling activity. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Bangladeshi address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the crlkex platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crlkex does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise indicated:

• bKash — Instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — Instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Deposits and withdrawals supported
• Upay — Deposits and withdrawals supported
• Visa and Mastercard — Deposits and withdrawals subject to standard card processing times
• BRAC Bank and City Bank — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's current verification tier.

Withdrawal Processing

crlkex targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad as the withdrawal channel. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of withdrawal requests being processed at any given time. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. Withdrawals requested via a payment method other than the one used for the most recent deposit may be subject to additional verification steps.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a crlkex transaction, without first contacting crlkex support to attempt resolution, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. crlkex will suspend the account of any player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback and will pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

crlkex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. General principles applying to all crlkex bonuses are set out below.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the crlkex welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. To be eligible, the player must be 18 years or older, have completed the basic account verification process, and have made a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 during the promotional period.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

crlkex actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing low-risk, hedged wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. crlkex reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 User Obligations

As a registered crlkex player, you agree at all times to:

• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional gambling, or money-laundering purpose.
• Ensure that all funds deposited to your crlkex account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Refrain from using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or provides an artificial advantage in any game.
• Refrain from colluding with other players in any multiplayer game or live casino environment.
• Refrain from engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in relation to sports betting markets available on crlkex.
• Immediately notify crlkex if you become aware of any technical error, software malfunction, or incorrectly priced market on the platform. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known technical error may be voided.
• Treat crlkex support staff and other players with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at crlkex staff will result in immediate account suspension.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the crlkex platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the crlkex platform — including but not limited to the crlkex brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of crlkex or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the crlkex platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the crlkex platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the crlkex brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly approved in writing by crlkex.
• Frame or mirror any crlkex web page on any other website or platform without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of crlkex intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action to recover damages.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

crlkex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy document.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from a payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or unfair technical advantages.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion under the crlkex Responsible Gaming programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their crlkex account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon verified request, the account will be closed and any remaining balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC compliance) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — any unused bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are likewise forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of any forfeited bonus amounts will be returned to the player, provided no outstanding compliance issues exist.
